Project Description
Excavation within the building for the extension of the basement, reinforcement of the existing structural framework, and preservation of the existing perimeter masonry. Implementation of new Electrical and Mechanical and architectural designs that meet the specifications of a four-star hotel. Use of natural materials to harmonize with the island’s natural environment.
